The OMS-800 series of operating microscopes is the ideal choice for all types of surgical procedures, including cataract and vitreoretinal surgery.
The OMS-800 series of operating microscopes is the ideal choice for all types of surgical procedures, including cataract and vitreoretinal surgery
The OMS-800 provides a superior stereoscopic view with perfect color reproduction, bright illumination and a wide range of options for surgical interventions of any complexity.
OMS-800 Standard
With all the advantages of the OMS-800 series, the OMS-800 Standard is ideal for those who need a simpler but reliable microscope. It is available on a mechanical tripod, making it more affordable.
OMS-800 PRO
The electromagnetic tripod and two-speed focusing allows the OMS-800 PRO to offer more options for all types of surgical procedures.
OMS-800 OFFISS (OFFISS: Optical Fiber Free Intravitreal Surgery System)
The OMS-800 OFFISS is the ideal solution for vitreoretinal surgery, thanks to the OFFISS fundus visualization system, electromagnetic tripod and sophisticated electronics. The model is equipped with a two-position beam splitter, with the ability to switch the light split mode between 80/20 and 50/50. When the microscope is equipped with a video system, the 50/50 mode allows for a clearer and brighter image on the monitor and in the recording.
Topcon has developed a unique visualization system for vitreoretinal surgery that does not require endo-illumination. The system offers a wide range of lenses (5 frontal lenses + lens for port visualization), and each surgeon can choose the most convenient one for a certain type of intervention. The image inverter is activated automatically when switching to the posterior segment.
Key advantages:
-
State-of-the-art apochromatic optics
-
Sharpness, contrast and maximum degree of naturalization of the image
-
Realistic color reproduction and large depth of field
-
Bimanual vitreoretinal surgery without endo-illumination (for OMS-800 OFFISS model)
-
